Oral Presentation Sessions

Please note that the Oral Presentation Sessions will be held in 2 parallel sessions over 2 days of the event. Parallel Session 1 and Parallel Session 2 on Saturday (3rd August 2019) and Parallel Session 3 and Parallel Session 4 on Sunday (4th August 2019).

Oral Presentation GUIDELINES

For presenters, please note the following information in regard of your presentation:

  1. The presenter must be at the allocated venue 10 minutes prior to the parallel session which he or she is in.
  2. The presenter need to identify him or herself to the Chairperson who will be at the venue.
  3. A computer with video projector will be made available for the presenter.
  4. Each presenter is allotted 15 minutes of presentation time and 5 minutes of Q&A (total of 20 minutes).
  5. The presenter will be called to the floor by the Chairperson.
  6. There will be signals of 5 minutes, 1 minutes and END of presentation by the Chairperson (using cards).
  7. The Chairperson will invites the audience for questions at the end of the presentation (5 minutes only).
  8. Relevant certificate will be made available afterwards at the Secretariat counter.
