Publications

Selected papers would be invited to be published in the following select journals.

1. Jurnal Psikologi Malaysia (JPM) is PSIMA's own online open access journal. It is indexed in MyCite.
2. MAKARA Human Behavior Studies in Asia (MAKARA Hub-Asia) is an online open access journal published by Universitas Indonesia. It is indexed in ESCI.
3. Journal of Behavioral Sciences (JBS) is an online open access journal published by Srinakharinwirot University, Thailand. It is indexed in SCOPUS and ESCI.

To be considered for the journal publication, full papers must be submitted to the Scientific Committee by 1st July 2019 31st of August 2019. Acceptance for presentation does not guarantee that the papers will be published in a journal. The papers will have to meet the requirements set by the respective journal. The Conference's Scientific Committee work together with the journal Editors to select papers to facilitate the peer-review process.

Full-Paper Submission Guideline and Review Time Line

Stage 1: Online submission

• Due on 31 Aug 2019

Authors need to prepare the title page (in MS Word format) and manuscript (in pdf format, 6000 words, including abstract, main text, reference, table, figure, and appendix) using APA style format (6th edition).

Authors need to submit the two documents to a Google form (link removed as submission is no longer accepted. Thank you for your understanding.)

Stage 2: Review and Recommendation

• Due on 30 November 2019

Reviewers shall review manuscripts and make a recommendation.

Stage 3: Revision and Reformatting

• Due on 31 January 2020

Authors shall revise and reformat their manuscript (and other required documents) according to reviewers' comments and the recommended journal's requirements.

Stage 4: Submission to Journals (Due on 31 Mar 2020)

• Due on 31 March 2020

Editors/Reviewers in charge shall review the revised manuscript and submit the satisfactory manuscript to the journals' editor-in-chief.
